We had a wonderful experience with Corrie Patricelli and her team at Lamacchia Realty, whenever we had any questions or concerns Corrie had the answer or got back to us with an answer in a very timely manner. The way they presented our house for sale was amazing making our already beautiful home look even better in the posting! The transition into our new home was so smooth, would recommend Corrie and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy!

I have known Nina for quite a few years but had not seen her in awhile. When it was time to sell my father-in-law's house I had no idea where to turn but I remembered that Nina was in real estate. I'm so glad I reached out through text to contact her and ask for her help. Nina took the time and walked me through all that would happen when selling a home. But it was much more then that she went above and beyond for us. She gave us contacts to help us clean out the house. She offered to help on many occasions to clean up the house and yard. She was always checking in on me to see how I was doing as this was an emotional time as we had just lost my Dad and also an exhausting amount of work we had to do in order to get the house ready for selling. My husband and I can't speak highly enough about Nina. She was truly a blessing to have on our side and we appreciated all that she did for us through all the ups and downs with selling this house. We had an incredible experience working with Brittany M. She is beyond knowledgeable, insightful, clear and competent. She got us into private showings the day homes posted (one of which we put in a competitive offer that was accepted, and the home we moved into). Brittany knew the market enough to tell us what we needed to offer, how to make it competitive, and how to ensure we put in expectations of the sellers. Brittany guided us confidently through the home inspection and final process swiftly. We had our offer accepted on 3/24/25 and closed on 4/17/25 thanks to Brittany. We had a great experience with Nina Desmond in our recent purchase of a Townhouse duplex! As a long time retired real estate lawyer and owner, years ago, of a number of rental properties, my wife and I have had many professional and personal dealings with real estate agents. Unfortunately, most of the time we found them to be average at best. Nina is outstanding and as a very detailed individual in my law practice and personal lives, I find few people who follow up on the details requested. Nina was right on top of everything I asked for and always with a “smile on her face”. Nothing was an issue that I requested. To add to that, the time frame from our first viewing of the property to Closing was 4 weeks and , with her help, we got it done. I highly recommend using her as your agent!

All we can say is from start to finish things got done moving out of one house 🏠 to another the same day was not easy but Robin was incredible doing as much or more then Dale lamacchia was perfect in all aspects of both sales we would recommend them and plan to use them again very soon …

We were downsizing and with the exceptional help of Elisha it was successful. Always professional with a smile and very friendly. Her support helped us part with our family home of 45 years in a town where I grew up with the utmost comfort. We sold our home to a young family knowing they will enjoy it as much we did. She did so much to make the transition easy and quick. Her expertise were what got us to stay calm and she reassured us on every step on this adventure. I want to share our home purchasing experience that was hands down beautiful. First off My husband and I sold our home in Shrewsbury, Mass in October of 2017 our realtor was Michelle Wesson from Lamachia Realty and there was always was going to be another future purchase. I texted Michelle back in May of 2025 doing some ground work once I could actively plan a trip from Florida to Massachusetts it would be time to send Michelle a message and explained how I needed truth from a Realty Company and the person that would give so much of herself to make the process as painless as possible but make me feel alive. That person Michelle chose is Renée Prunier and you have no idea how grateful we all are. Our children have been in a complicated apartment after having a baby and the home has mold. So prayers were made blessings received and we look forward to Christmas in such a wonderful home it will last a lifetime. Love and white light Vickie, Nick and George

She walked me through the entire home-buying process step-by-step, and anyone who’s done it knows how much there is to manage. I’m detail-oriented and I ask a lot of questions, and Zantia rose to the occasion every time — and then some. Working with her never felt transactional.
